Personal Auto Insurance Endorsement Request Change for Agents and Payment Option Change for Insureds

We made the following changes within Bizlink and the Member Gateway:

  • The Personal Lines Auto endorsements change feature is no longer available via Bizlink

  • The insured member QuickPay feature is no longer available to make payments or check account balances for Personal Lines Auto policies.

We remain committed to supporting our members with in-force Personal Lines Auto policies. Our Customer Service team is available Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pacific time to assist with servicing Personal Lines Auto policies, answer questions, and provide support for payments, current or past due account balances, reprinting of ID cards, etc. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-888-2141, option 5, or by email at plendorse@ormutual.com.
